交易丨汉坤香港联营律师行代表威诚国际控股就其香港联交所上市提供法律服务

威诚国际控股有限公司（股票代号：8107）(“威诚国际”)于2018年5月4日完成其在香港联合交易所上市项目。威诚国际控股是一家以香港为总部的服装供应链管理服务供货商，为以德国为主的欧洲客户提供一站式解决方案。集团已发展垂直整合业务服务模式，服务范围包括市场趋势分析、产品设计及开发、物色供货商、生产管理、物流服务及质量控制。集团计划进一步将业务覆盖范围扩展至法国及香港等新服装零售市场。

本次上市项目以股份发售方式，募集资金1.6亿元。

汉坤香港联营律师行担任本次上市项目的发行人香港法律顾问，并负责招股书的撰写。

Vision International Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 8107) (“Vision International”) has recently listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 4 May 2018. Vision International is an apparel SCM services provider based in Hong Kong delivering one-stop solution to customers in Europe, predominantly Germany. It has the capacity to provide comprehensive apparel SCM services to customers. IT have developed a vertically integrated business model and services range across market trend analysis, product design and development, sourcing of suppliers, production management, logistics services and quality control. The company plans to further increase its geographic footprint to new apparel retail markets such as France and Hong Kong.

Vision International is listed on GEM by way of share offer with the offering size of HK$160 million.  

Han Kun Hong Kong associate law firm acted as the issuer’s Hong Kong legal counsel and was responsible for the prospectus drafting.
